WOB-IS es el Alma Social de Women On Board<\/strong><\/p>

Durante m\u00e1s de una d\u00e9cada<\/strong> en WOB, hemos acompa\u00f1ado a presidentas, CEOs, empresarias, directivas etc., creando redes de confianza que han transformado su liderazgo e impacto.<\/strong> Con WOB-IS buscamos ampliar ese c\u00edrculo, llevarlo a m\u00e1s mujeres que merecen avanzar, pero que cuentan con menos oportunidades.<\/strong><\/p>

Care-related inactivity:<\/b> 9 out of 10 inactive people due to caregiving are women.<\/p>

ICT specialists:<\/b> Women represent ~20%<\/b> of ICT specialists in Spain.<\/p>

Healthcare:<\/b>\u00a0Women represent majority in healthcare professions,<\/b>yet hold only ~25%<\/b> of management positions.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Board representation:<\/b> In the IBEX-35, women reached only 41,27%<\/b> of seats in 2024.<\/p>

Pension gap:<\/b> Spanish women receive ~31,7%<\/b> less pension than men.<\/p>
