These are advances in the inclusion of women in the tech sector, and this growth presents a promising opportunity for the inclusion and advancement of women in key and cutting-edge sectors, even though we still face the challenge of their underrepresentation in leadership and executive roles. This is where we have the opportunity to focus and double our efforts.<\/p><p>We are at a crucial moment to drive change. With more women prepared and trained in technology and digitalization, it is time to advocate for policies and programs that support their rise to leadership roles. Initiatives like those from WOB\u2014including mentorship, continuous training, and professional support networks\u2014can be powerful tools to break stagnation and open new doors.<\/p><p>Every step forward, no matter how small, is a victory on our path toward equitable representation.
