At the current pace, gender equality in the highest decision-making spheres will not be achieved for another 130 years.\u201d<\/p><p>It is encouraging that 28 women are leading as Heads of State and\/or Government in their countries. This progress demonstrates the growing recognition of female leadership. However, it is concerning that gender equality in top decision-making positions will not be reached for another 130 years. This underscores the urgency of accelerating our efforts toward equality.<\/p><p>As women leaders, it is crucial that we continue supporting each other and strengthening our collaboration networks.
