Last Wednesday, the 18th, at Club Alma, we had the opportunity to meet again for a WOB gathering. It was an afternoon where exceptional women came together to share ideas, reflect, and, most importantly, support each other. I want to express my gratitude to each of the participants for their time, their contributions, and, above all, for their willingness to build a space where female leadership takes on new meaning.
We often talk about leadership from a traditional perspective, associating it with the ability to lead, make strategic decisions, or manage teams. And although all the women who joined me are brilliant leaders with successful careers, at WOB we explore leadership from another perspective: that of inspiring, of being that person who, through their example and experience, paves the way for others to move forward as well.
Creating these environments of trust and support is crucial for achieving professional goals and facing the personal challenges we encounter every day.<\/p>

Special thanks to Patricia Gabald\u00f3n for her participation, who provided us with an updated overview of data relating to parity laws in other regions, inviting us to engage in a debate about our own reality. The exchange of opinions and experiences is always enriching because, as became clear, there is much we can learn from each other, and that shared learning is essential for continued growth.<\/p>

We cannot ignore the reality of women in management positions, both in Spain and around the world. And although significant progress has been made, the road to true equality remains complex.
Statistics show that few women reach the highest positions, and barriers\u2014both visible and invisible, personal and cultural\u2014sometimes hinder their advancement. However, when we come together in spaces like the one we created at WOB, it becomes clear that the possibilities are endless.<\/p>

At these meetings, we share our journeys and remind ourselves that our growth should not only be professional, but also personal. And it is this support that drives us to be better at what we do.<\/p>
