We seek them out. We need them.<br>But we rarely stop to ask them if they are okay.<br>Or if they simply need a break, a hug, a network that supports them too.<br>I'm not speaking from the outside, I'm speaking from experience.<br>I've had the privilege of accompanying many brilliant, generous, courageous women.<br>And along the way, I've also learned that even the strongest need a safe space for support.<br>A place where you don't have to prove anything. Where you can simply be.<br>Because sometimes we confuse leadership with always being available.<br>Always strong.<br>Always whole.<br>That's why WOB.<br>Because we don't need more perfect women.<br>We need real spaces. Where you can fail, cry, say \u201cI can't do this anymore\u201d and nothing happens.<br>Where we can say \u201cI broke a little today\u201d and receive something more than silence from the other side.<br>Where leading doesn't mean being alone.<br>I don't have the recipe.
