Cristina, founder and CEO of Women On Board (WOB), has been a leader for over 25 years in environments ranging from family businesses to multinationals, from the corporate world to entrepreneurship.
During a decade in Latin America, she became deeply involved in complex business ecosystems, working alongside women leaders, founders, and executives across countries and industries.
And there, she discovered something that forever changed her perspective:
