Cristina Ramos Gómez de Balboa, Founder and CEO of Women On Board, has spent more than 25 years leading across corporate, multinational and entrepreneurial environments. Her experience in Spain and Latin America allowed her to identify a shared reality: many talented women in positions of responsibility lack the right environment to challenge decisions, gain perspective, and grow through a strong network.

 

From this conviction, WOB was born: an international network with its own methodology, designed to transform experience into judgment and connections into real opportunities.
