WOB-IS es el Alma Social de Women On Board

Durante más de una década en WOB, hemos acompañado a presidentas, CEOs, empresarias, directivas etc., creando redes de confianza que han transformado su liderazgo e impacto. Con WOB-IS buscamos ampliar ese círculo, llevarlo a más mujeres que merecen avanzar, pero que cuentan con menos oportunidades.

Healthcare: Women represent majority in healthcare professions,yet hold only ~25% of management positions. 

Board representation: In the IBEX-35, women reached only 41,27% of seats in 2024.

Pension gap: Spanish women receive ~31,7% less pension than men.

EU research workforce: Women represent 44% of research staff, highlighting the need for networks and international visibility. 

Senior unemployment: Among people over 45, slightly more than 55% of the unemployed are women.
